I am writing to let you know how very happy I am with the performance of your machines, since 2007 when I started we had two machines and now here we are in 2010 and I’ve expanded by three machines for a total of five. Not only are the machines very sleek looking they also take very little to maintain. All I have to do is empty the machine and take the clock counter number down, and wipe the window and you’re good to go. I have four penny press machines and one ID Tag Engraving machine with The Penny Machine Company. The Penny Machine Company is very easy to deal with and I get prompt service every time I call; I would highly recommend The Penny Machine Company to my colleagues for their entertainment attractions.

This letter of recommendation is in reference to The Penny Machine Company. Our local AAZK, American Association of Zoo Keepers Chapter has had a penny machine at the zoo since we started as a chapter six years ago. We originally received a machine from a different company and it was constantly plagued with jamming and misprinting problems. The quality of the new machines from The Penny Machine Company was a significant improvement, to say the least. We have had less penny jams and hardly any misprints. They are also a lot easier to fix when they do have the occasional coin jam. We were so pleased with the new machine, we were able to convince the director of the zoo to let us add two more machines a year ago. Due to limited electrical outlets, The Penny Machine Company worked with us on the recent ones and provided crank machines for us, which was not an option with the previous company. We now have one electric, and two handcrank machines from The Penny Machine Company. They also worked with us to get penny designs of the most popular animals at the zoo, as well as our logo. The Penny Machine Company is always willing to answer any questions I have as well as keep us up to date on the rest of the service and products the company provides. I would highly recommend The Penny Machine Company.
